Oded is the Head of the High-Tech, Venture Capital and Corporate Team.
Oded has over 28 years of legal and business consulting experience, and has handled myriad corporate finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial cross border transactions, formulation and planning of domestic and cross border corporate structures as well as licensing and technology transfer transactions.
Oded’s experience includes, among other things, representation of technology and AgTech and FoodTec companies ranging from early growth throughout the life cycle of the companies (including exit events) as well as the formation, handling of and counselling to, corporations, partnerships, private equity entities, venture capital funds and other similar structures and investment vehicles, in a variety of technology and other sectors.
Oded serves also as a Managing Partner and the General Counsel of Sherpa InnoVentures, venture capital platform based in Israel.
Aviram Borochov is a lawyer, certified mediator and licensed notary. He specializes in complex matters of family law in general and business conflicts within the family, in particular. Aviram serves as a mediator and arbitrator in inheritance disputes, representing inheritors in court, and as an estate executor on behalf of the court. He specializes in preparing intricate wills and financial agreements, including cohabitation agreements. Aviram has extensive experience in real estate, in Israel and abroad, representing clients in sale, rental and management of properties. He has extensive experience in all areas of commercial and labor law. Aviram Borochov holds an LL.B from Te-Aviv University, 1989. He is a member of the Bar Association since 1990 and a member of the Ethics Committee of the Tel Aviv District.
Rafael Gross, a lawyer for forty years, heads the office planning and construction department. Rafael served for thirty years as the legal counsel of Israel's largest construction and infrastructures company "The Housing & Construction Holding Company" (Shikun & Binui). He currently implements his extensive knowledge and experience in comprehensive consultation for entrepreneurs, companies and private customers in complex transactions and a wide range of topics: planning and construction, construction defects, Tama 38 (national master plan for strengthening existing buildings against earthquakes), expropriations, claims under Section 197, urban renewal (Pinui Binui), green building, parcelization and registrations. Nataly Evron, a lawyer for 15 years, heads the office real estate department. She specializes in all of the components associated with real estate, including: managing development companies, conducts complex negotiations, real estate purchase and sale agreements, including lands of the Israel Land Administration, taxation, green building, urban renewal, Tama 38 and its amendments, rentals, parcelization. Nataly holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Manchester, England; and a Master's degree in Law (LLM) from the Bar-Ilan University, Israel.
Paz specializes in commercial litigation before all Israeli courts and tribunals, as well as mediation in and arbitration proceedings. Paz advises on complex contractual and commercial disputes, involving various aspects of law. Paz also specializes in the labor law field and represents firm clients in labor courts. Lea is a licensed patent attorney and a holder of Ph.D in Molecular Genetics from the Weizmann Institute of Science. Lea has over 10 years of hands-on experience in building and handling patent & design portfolio of large multi-national, as well as start-up companies. Among other things, Lea specializes in the area of Agro-Chem, Agro-Tech; Ag/Food; biotech, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Prior to joining SESB, Lea served as Head of Global IP Department of ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd. (former Makhteshim-Agan Ltd.) - one of the largest global crop-protection companies, and as an IP Director specializing in the innovative pipe-line products at the Global Patent Group of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.
Keren is a licensed patent attorney having vast expertise in a variety of IP aspects in Biotech and Agriculture. She holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and M.Sc. in Plant Sciences from the Tel Aviv University. Keren has over 10 years of experience in building and handling Patent & Plant Breeders' Right portfolio of large multi-national, as well as start-up companies. She specializes in the areas of Agri-Tech, Agro-Tech, Seed & Plant Genetics, Plant Varieties, Genome-Editing, Molecular & Cell Biology, Bioinformatics, Immunology, Pharma and Medical Devices.
Prior to joining SESB, Keren headed the Life Sciences department at Dr. Eyal Bressler & Co. IP firm.
Tamir is an attorney in the SESB litigation department. Tamir handles a wide range of civil and commercial cases, including class actions, before the various courts, mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Tamir has vast experience in representation in class actions – representing plaintiffs and defendants including Israeli leading manufacturers.
In addition, Tamir specializes in consulting and handling various regulatory matters, including representation before the state authorities in applications for state licenses & state permits, including handling applications for manpower, and placement companies.
